Improve support for metadata profiles for --type writecache.
Use cache or active DM device when available with new kernels.

It seems that in some situations, the host CC gets picked up. Just pass
the target one explicitly.

Add PKG_BUILD_PARALLEL for faster compilation.
Replace ' ' with TAB for consistency between packages.

stdin, stderr and stdout are constants on musl and it doesn't provide
mallinfo.
Both, overwriting std* were used to catch and work around various
misbehaviours of glibc, so it's hopefully save to just skip them when
building against other libc implementations.
