Jo-Philipp Wich 08255e266b luci-base: fix luci.i18n.setlanguage() 
Rework the setlanguage() implementation to actually switch catalogues
if another language has been loaded previously and change it to return
the effectively loaded language tag.

Also improve input parameter validation and accept tags in both lower
or upper case.

OpenWrt luci feed

Description

This is the OpenWrt "luci"-feed containing LuCI - OpenWrt Configuration Interface.

Usage

This feed is enabled by default. Your feeds.conf.default (or feeds.conf) should contain a line like:

src-git luci https://github.com/openwrt/luci.git

To install all its package definitions, run:

./scripts/feeds update luci
./scripts/feeds install -a -p luci
