Peng Fan 01cacf9682 imx8: fdt: configure sid for masters 
On i.MX8QM, sid is programmable, so we could program sid according the
value encoded in device tree.

This patch support legacy bindings which are still being used by XEN
and new bindings used by Linux Kernel.
