d88995a82b arm: socfpga: Add support for DENX MCV SoM and MCVEVK board 
Add support for DENX MCV SoM, which is CycloneV based and the
associated DENX MCVEVK baseboard. The board can boot from eMMC.
Ethernet and USB is supported.
