91e4b7516d cmd/exception: support ebreak exception on RISC-V 
The ebreak instruction should generate a breakpoint exception.

4038c6e848 doc: return value exception command 
If the exception cannot be raised, the command returns.
Currently the return values are not all the same.

Remove the sub-chapter 'Return value'
