omap3: fix pinmux for mcx board

New hardware version cannot recognize the SD-Card
because the SYS_NRESWARM, set as GPIO, does not
guarantee the required reset time.
Change the pin function back to enable the
SYS_NRESWARM signal driven by the SOC.
