The telephony packages feed for difos

Backport from master.
The macro APR_TRY_COMPILE_NO_WARNING included in apr/apr-util is
incorrect. It results in extra brackets being put into conftest.c, for
example:

#include <iconv.h>

int main(int argc, const char *const *argv) {
[
iconv(0,(char **)0,(size_t *)0,(char **)0,(size_t *)0);
]
return 0; }
The test always fails with:
error: expected identifier or '(' before '[' token
The following checks are affected:
- variable length arrays
- type of inbuf parameter to iconv
Fix from upstream (Apache).

Telephony packages feed
Description
This is an OpenWrt package feed containing community maintained telephony packages.
Usage
To use these packages, add the following line to the feeds.conf in the OpenWrt buildroot:
src-git telephony https://github.com/openwrt/telephony.git
This feed should be included and enabled by default in the OpenWrt buildroot. To install all its package definitions, run:
./scripts/feeds update telephony
./scripts/feeds install -a -p telephony
The telephony packages should now appear in menuconfig.
