Sebastian Kemper a85ce8450a libsrtp2: move folder, bump to 2.3.0 
Bump to upstream release 2.3.0. Move folder and change PKG_NAME so that
we don't have to deal with how github names the tar.gz archive.

Also, don't install the libsrtp2.so symlink anymore on target, as it is
not required and only used in staging.

Telephony packages feed

Description

This is an OpenWrt package feed containing community maintained telephony packages.

Usage

To use these packages, add the following line to the feeds.conf in the OpenWrt buildroot:

src-git telephony https://github.com/openwrt/telephony.git

This feed should be included and enabled by default in the OpenWrt buildroot. To install all its package definitions, run:

./scripts/feeds update telephony
./scripts/feeds install -a -p telephony

The telephony packages should now appear in menuconfig.
