Sebastian Moeller df564f3987 [SQM/luci-app-sqm] Fix SQM GUI help messages. Make clear that configuration options guarded by checkboxes are only effective as long as those boxes are checked. The sqm gui has giarded some advanced configuration options behind exposing checkboxes, meaning these optiopn's values were only used as long as those boxes were checked. OpenWRT packages feed

Description

This is the OpenWrt "packages"-feed containing community-maintained packages.

This feed is enabled by default. To install all its package definitions:

Run: ./scripts/feeds update packages Run: ./scripts/feeds install -a -p packages
