Rosen Penev 6f4daa04da usbutils: update to 013 ... Version 008 started requiring libudev. Now that we have libudev-zero, switch to that. Remove custom usb.ids handling as that was split to a separate package. Add datadir override as otherwise it would expect usb.ids in the wrong place.
