Florian Fainelli fdd3f3f7f9 smartsnmpd: Properly pass down TARGET_CPPFLAGS ... The smartsnmpd SConstruct file only accepts setting CFLAGS and does not use CPPFLAGS, so pass both down using CFLAGS.
