cmf 97f27fe505 boost 1.57.0 ... Added MIPS (o32 and 64 abi) and Arm (aapcs abi) support. Everything else defaults to sysv. Added Boost.Locale iconv dependency - uCLibc does not implement monetary.h and because of that boost.locale.posix is off.
