The crude loop I wrote to come up with this changeset:
find -L package/feeds/packages/ -name patches | \
sed 's/patches$/refresh/' | sort | xargs make

Since the current release of the package does not provide a
configure option to disable this dependency, a patch is necessary
to add this option.
