DetectBrokenExecutables to AlertBrokenExecutables
ArchiveBlockEncrypted to AlertEncrypted

This replaces the use of uci_validate_section() with
uci_load_validate(), which removes the need to declare local variables
for every config option.
This also removes some unnecessary curly brackets.
