Automatically compute and substitute current values for all
$(AUTORELEASE) instances as this feature is deprecated and shouldn't be
used.

Commit ef388ff1f3 removed 'CMAKE_INSTALL:=1', and this makes the
development files to be not installed anymore on 'staging_dir'.
Being such, packages that needs to link against libminiupnpc fails
to build, because it cannot find the headers and the library.
Adding an InstallDev fixes this.

Switched to CMAKE_INSTALL to get rid of InstallDev.
Added PKG_BUILD_PARALLEL for faster compilation.
Fixed license information.

Switched to CMake. This allows getting rid of several patches and hacks.
Added PKG_LICENSE information
Rearranged some stuff for consistency between packages.
Added some linked flags for smaller size. Saves around 500 bytes on MIPS.
