Revert "mpd: update to 0.22" 
This reverts commit 9eb20588cc.

For some unexplained reason, this uses host tools to compile target
builds.

mpd: switch to using libnpupnp 
Removed iconv const patch. After discussing with upstream. it turns out
that libiconv-full in OpenWrt is broken.
