Cleaned up Makefile slightly.
Removed inactive maintainer.
Added PKG_BUILD_PARALLEL for faster compilation.

- Avoid non-pointer use of `FILE` type since its just a forward declaration
- Build with -D_GNU_SOURCE to expose required `struct tcphdr` members
