The crude loop I wrote to come up with this changeset:
find -L package/feeds/packages/ -name patches | \
sed 's/patches$/refresh/' | sort | xargs make

When sys/poll.h gets included it results in a warning, to include
poll.h. All warnings are treated as errors by liblo.
