acpid: fix init script

procd: /etc/rc.d/S99acpid: /etc/rc.common: /etc/rc.d/S99acpid: line 18: procd_send_signal: not found
procd: /etc/rc.d/S99acpid: /etc/rc.common: /etc/rc.d/S99acpid: line 19: syntax error: unexpected "}"
