python: fixed _python_sysroot paths
AFAIK sysroot is combined with prefix/exec_prefix, so sysroot shouldn't include "/usr". (cf. the HostPython function in older versions of python-package.mk) Signed-off-by: Jeffery To <jeffery.to@gmail.com>
