DOC: ssl: Use consistent naming for TLS protocols

In most cases, "TLSv1.x" naming is used across and documentation, lazy
|
||
|
people tend to grep too much and may not find what they are looking for.
|
||
|
|
||
|
Fixing people is hard.
|
||
