Change zoneinfo2lua.pl to generate the short copyright messages
that have been there since 7a3493b1f7

Also change the advice on line 3 about directory, where this script
should be run.

OpenWrt luci feed

Description

This is the OpenWrt "luci"-feed containing LuCI - OpenWrt Configuration Interface.

Usage

This feed is enabled by default. To install all its package definitions, run:

./scripts/feeds update luci
./scripts/feeds install -a -p luci
