Jo-Philipp Wich b8d381b677 luci-base: form.js: add cfgvalue(), formvalue() and getUIElement() helpers ... This commit introduces new per-section cfgvalue(), formvalue() and getUIElement() helper functions which complement the respective per-option functions.
