Jo-Philipp Wich 4e1b884157 luci-base: properly handle authentication without authenticator 
Some controller actions like the ones in "servicectl" require authentication
but are not meant to provide an authenticator because they're only invoked
by scripts.

Rework the dispatcher logic to handle this situation and only bail out if
an authenticator name other than "htmlauth" is set.

OpenWrt luci feed

Description

This is the OpenWrt "luci"-feed containing LuCI - OpenWrt Configuration Interface.

Usage

This feed is enabled by default. Your feeds.conf.default (or feeds.conf) should contain a line like:

src-git luci https://github.com/openwrt/luci.git

To install all its package definitions, run:

./scripts/feeds update luci
./scripts/feeds install -a -p luci

You can browse the generated API documentation directly on Github.
