libs/sgi-uhttpd: do not assume env.CONTENT_LENGTH to be a number
...
env.CONTENT_LENGTH as passed by uhttpd might be a string, so explicitely
convert it using tonumber().
Issue has been reported by Catalin Patulea <cat@vv.carleton.ca>
