- fix handling of missing package/section/variable fields in scheme specs
	- fix dereferencing of scheme tables in luci.uvl.uvlitem.scheme()
	- unify TYPE_VARIABLE and TYPE_OPTION
	- implement external "regexp:..." validators
	- extend reference scheme to implement "lazylist" type for lists
