Mark luci-app-multiwan @BROKEN, as it depends on the old 'multiwan'
package, located in the deprecated 'oldpackages' feed.
'packages' feed contains both 'mwan3' and 'luci-app-mwan3' apps that
have superseded the old packages.
This should fix#395.
