this breaks the filter functionality on that page
* Add a short paragraph to explain the page functionality
* Fix search to accept ":" character as well
(e.g. for IPv6 address search)

weblate was inititally badly setup to not detect some luci-apps, however
this is fixed now and so additional PO files to translate.
