luci-app-minidlna: Don't specify media_dir=
...
This is added automatically. Entering it twice stops minidlna from
starting as the config ends up with
media_dir=media_dir=A,/dir/name

Rework LuCI build system

* Rename subdirectories to their repective OpenWrt package names
* Make each LuCI module its own standalone package
* Deploy a shared luci.mk which is used by each module Makefile
