Change default leasefile hint from /var/log/upnp.leases to
/var/run/miniupnpd.leases

Add a 'master' miniupnpd service enable flag rather than just relying on
rcS.d script existence. This allows the service to be disabled
across sysupgrade, similar to minidlna.
