Stop sys upgrade automatically disabling miniupnpd on first boot after upgrade.
I spent a lot of time tracking this behaviour down which only occurs if you have luci-app-upnp installed.
* Rename subdirectories to their repective OpenWrt package names
* Make each LuCI module its own standalone package
* Deploy a shared luci.mk which is used by each module Makefile
