Lech Perczak 7d93473eff ath79: ubnt-xm: make u-boot-env partition read-only 
This partition isn't normally modified during boot process. Make it
read-only to prevent accidental overwrite.
If needed this can be overriden with installing kmod-mtd-rw; the same
way as for installing modified U-boot.
