eee1b34ce6 lantiq: copy target to kernel 4.19 
This just copies the files from the kernel 4.14 specific folders into
the kernel 4.19 specific folder, no changes are done to the files in
this commit.

f519fea4c6 lantiq: kernel 4.14: cleanup dts files 
Move common used parts to dtsi. Add labels to nodes and reference nodes
via labels in dts files.

5eeaba31b8 lantiq: kernel 4.14: copy patches, config and dts files 
This just copies the patches, configuration and dts files into the
directories hich are used for kernel 4.14.
