Stijn Tintel	8072264b96	kernel: update kernel 4.4 to version 4.4.19 ... Refresh patches for all targets that support kernel 4.4. Felix Fietkau	d475624f64	arc770: move arc patches to target/linux/generic ... Given those patches are relevant to any ARC platform and even ISA version it makes perfect sense for patches to exist in one place instead of being duplicated for each new ARC-based ASIC. Note this is a prerequisite for upstreaming of ARC HS38 support in OpenWRT.
