Replaced all mt76@ with wifi@ per upstream requirement for all wifi
nodes.
Added missing compatible string where appropriate as stated by mt76.yaml
upstream.
Also updated reg value to be consistent everywhere.
Replace all pci14c3 entries to use mediatek,mt76.

To simplify the device specific dts, reuse the mt7621 default
XHCI voltage regulators by adding the corresponding GPIO pin
and polarity properties.

The "gpio-export" driver doesn't require a "reg" property in the
device tree, hence we don't need to use the "#size-cells" property
to describe the size of "reg".

`bootargs = "console=ttyS0,57600";` is already defined on all
ramips target SoCs' dtsi. We don't need to override it with the
same value.

What seems to be happening is that the kernel requests an ACTIVE_LOW
gpio initially and sets it to high later based on gpios in dts.
This seems to break some devices where the bootloader sets it to high.

The company Zyxel rebranded some years ago.
Currently the casing is according to the old branding even
for newer devices which already use the new branding.
This commit aligns the casing of Zyxel everywhere.
