c0c8c7cbe8 ath79: restore kernel 6.6 config files and patches 
Copy patches and kernel configs from 6.12 kernel to restore the
default 6.6 kernel support files.

9b6ea812ec ath79: rename patchset and kernel configs to 6.12 
This is a preparation for 6.12 kernel support. It can help us
track the files history by using the Git tool.

b5fba20351 linux: remove of_match_ptr from OF only drivers 
There's no need for it. Kernel update to 6.12 found that it now needs
linux/of.h explicitly included.

7d01a0b436 ath79: rename patches directory and kernel config from 6.1 to 6.6 
This is preparation for 6.6 kernel support. Renaming files allows
us to better track their git history.
