Change deprecated function strlcpy to strscpy
for compatibility with kernel 6.12.
strlcpy() reads the entire source buffer first.
This read may exceed the destination size limit.
This is both inefficient and can lead to linear read
overflows if a source string is not NUL-terminated [1].
In an effort to remove strlcpy() completely [2], replace
strlcpy() here with strscpy().
Direct replacement is safe here since DEV_ASSIGN is only used by
TRACE macros and the return values are ignored.

building with CONFIG_ALL_KMODS unearthed all sorts of interesting
failures
ERROR: module 'crypto/chacha-x86_64.ko' is missing.
ERROR: module 'crypto/poly1305-x86_64.ko' is missing.
ERROR: module 'crypto/curve25519-x86_64.ko' is missing.
ERROR: module 'crypto/camellia-x86_64.ko' is missing.
These stem from the main UML Makefile.

The modules in question define x86_64 optimized version and
the OpenWrt's buildsystem expects that these modules will be present.
SPI is not available due to the UML Architecture not setting HAS_IOMEM.
In the future, UML could get (virtualized) IOMEM and/or SPI could drop
the HAS_IOMEM dependency. A patch for the latter has been sent:

mt76: Unfortunately, the firmware packages are picked up, but the
associated drivers can't be build because iowrite32+ioread32 are
not defined.

Brings lots of driver updates and API changes needed for mt76 updates.
Disable iwlwifi and ath11k on 5.15, since backport is too difficult,
and the only remaining targets won't need those drivers.

Select DRIVER_11AX_SUPPORT and KERNEL_RELAY also for kmod-mt7996 to
prevent build failure if only this driver is selected during build and
end up with (most) required hostap features (IEEE 802.11be rates are not
yet supported).

Add debugfs entry for disabling frames buffering that may be a reason
for mt7603 instability. This patch was sent upstream for review and at
least wasn't rejected yet. Let's add it to let OpenWrt users test if it
really helps.

Different from OPKG, APK uses a deterministic version schema which chips
the version into chunks and compares them individually. This enforces a
certain schema which was previously entirely flexible.
- Releases are added at the very and end prefixed with an `r` like
`1.2.3-r3`.
- Hashes are prefixed with a `~` like `1.2.3~abc123`.
- Dates become semantic versions, like `2024.04.01`
- Extra tags are possible like `_git`, `_alpha` and more.
