mediatek: cleanup device tree for mt7988 devices

Fix wrong pwm-fan node for bpi-r4.
Remove useless status for pwm-fan.
Remove blank lines added by b992aa11.

Fixes: b992aa11 ("mediatek: dts: bring mt7988a.dtsi closer to upstream")
